If you require a refund on your order you will need to contact us before you buy, so we can note your request if it is accepted. We do not accept returns if the seals are broken or the product has been used. We will refund you on the remainder of the unused stock, providing that you return it within 30 days from your original ordered date. Prior agreement must be sought before you are eligible for a money back guarantee. Occasionally we may sorce selected treatments from the United States to keep in line with the most up to date treatments.
Some of our products are produced using expensive materials as we dedicate our time and resources to finding the best formulas obtainable "whatever the cost" in some cases this may reflect the retail price but you can feel confident you will get the best possible strength and raw materials available.
